We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from CJ’s Equestrian. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item is not custom-made or personalised (these are non-returnable unless faulty).
Return Process
Please contact us at contact@cjsequestrian.com before sending any item back so we can confirm the return details.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once the item has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the item cost.
Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or colour), please get in touch to arrange this. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We’re very sorry if you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can put it right quickly.
